About me

About me

I am a B.A graduate of the Open University, majoring in Social Sciences. Prior to my work in the voluntary and NPO sector, I worked in the USA and Israel in advertising, some of my roles have been Director of Publicity at the Haifa Theater, PR Director at Yedioth Ahronot Publishing House, and Producer and Directing Manager at Animated Storyboards in New York and Chicago. I have also independently produced television programs, commercials, and image enhancement media.

In 2012 I was happy to switch to the NGO sector and began heading the collaborative activity at the Migdal-Or rehabilitative center for the blind and visually impaired. I worked to recruit and develop resources both locally and internationally, spearheaded the organization's external relationships with various communities, and oversaw all publicity communications.

In 2018 I started working as a resource development consultant for Shatil and have been happily doing that ever since.

I feel a deep sense of obligation to all my clients, who do such amazing work in the fields of welfare, accessibility, education, human rights, gender equality, environment, art, sports, co-existence and many more important and meaningful causes. I consider it an honor to take part in their daily effort to make this world a better place.

I love my work

After over 10 years in the fundraising and resource development arena, I have found my passion in helping others harness their powers to change: I provide organizations and NPOs with a range of consultancy and advisory services in the fields of fundraising and resource development. My familiarity with the local and international resource allocation arena helps me build resource development strategies that emphasize existing strengths and harness programs and content, media, affiliates, and yield-producing sources to my clients' goals.

My most recent experience has been in the realm of grassroots organizations for social and environmental causes. Together we have built resource development strategies that are tailor-made to the organizations' strengths and needs. After mapping the process, we created (or just improved, where necessary) the suitable infrastructures for a sourcing mechanism, such as marketing, advertising, community outreach, donor-management systems, and more. I also accompany organizations in their work to raise funds in Israel and overseas, including grants, government, business, private donors, building and retention of community and more.

Creativity in the service of NGOs

I love using the tools I acquired in my extensive work in the realm of art and advertising, to promote and speak out for organizations that wish to drive social change. I use creativity to maintain ongoing improvement and search for innovation; creativity also ensures a fresh approach in searching for the right resources, while adhering to methodical work procedures in order to diversify these funding sources, expand support bases, reinforce ties and develop new ones.
